Refund Process
- 1Raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected]
- 2Our team will review your request and initiate a pickup (attempted twice)
- 3Once the product is received, it goes through a Quality Check (QC)
- 4If QC is passed, the refund is processed within 10–12 working days
- 5Refund is credited to your original payment method
Refund Deductions
The following amounts are deducted from your refund:

Failed delivery charge₹70 deducted
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable or providing an incorrect address, a charge of ₹70 will be deducted from the refund amount.
