Important: Return and exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests after this window will not be accepted.

Unboxing Video — Mandatory
An unboxing video of the parcel taken immediately upon delivery is mandatory for all return and damage claims. This helps us process your request smoothly and quickly.
Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Pickup Process
- A pickup will be attempted twice at your delivery address.
- If both pickup attempts fail, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
Product Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Not be a non-returnable item (see below)
